Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not currently support changes to order items or delivery addresses after an order is placed. If eligible, the order must be cancelled and a new order placed.
